Dinner at Alinea. Perfect ending to a awesome w/e in Chicago. Do I think Alinea is the best restaurant in the US? For the sheer wit of the presentations and the brilliance of the flavors, I believe it is unsurpassed on this side of the Atlantic. Thanks Francois for the advice.
