After 15 minutes on the island, I knew it would be HARD !
I totally s*cked at the swim by getting seasick due to the waves, but throughout the day it went better and ultimately as I dropped the bike I focused solely on a 3h45mn marathon, which I missed by 7 mns.

Compared to the bike, the run was almost pleasant, with lots of people drinking moritos and beers along the beach while we were struggling for a sub-4 marathon in the heat. But that is the spirit of Ironman.
